What are the benefits of wrapping your feet in aluminum foil?
Aluminum foil is the “jack-of-all-trades” of every household and it has more uses than just covering your Sunday roast in the oven. We want to share some unusual and surprising tricks you can try with this everyday item, including wrapping your feet in it!
Aluminum foil does the trick whether you have joint pain or want to fix something around the house. It’s good for all sorts of medical issues, including burns and even colds. We’re sure you’ll find something you haven’t tried with in the following list.
-Sharpening scissors can be problematic. Simply take a sheet of aluminum foil, fold it up and cut it with the scissors. Once you’re done, they’ll be as crisp as new.
– Ironing tip – if you want to save time, lay a sheet of aluminum foil on the ironing board and lay the clothes on it. The sheet will heat up, speeding up the process, so you don’t have to turn the garment over to do the other side!
– Static electricity can be a problem when wearing synthetic fiber clothing. It stings when you take them off! Solve this annoying problem by rubbing a ball of aluminum foil on the affected garment – the metallic material will collect the electric shock.
-WiFi signals can be boosted by this nifty hack! Place a sheet of aluminum foil near where you need the best signal, it will be redirected by the foil in the direction it is facing.
-Funnel – Not handy when you need it? No problem! Just take a piece of aluminum foil, fold it a few times to make it thick enough and make it into a funnel shape. It’s also waterproof, if you do it right!

Find out why aluminum foil is the number one wonder ingredient in your home
If you suffer from joint pain, try wrapping the affected area in aluminum foil and keeping it in place while you sleep with a roll bandage. Do this for about a week and see if you get results. Works best for minor injuries, not prolonged illnesses!
Cold Symptoms Want to speed up your recovery while you have the flu? In addition to taking vitamin C and drinking hot tea, you can do this by wrapping your feet in several layers of aluminum foil. Put bandages in between – you will need 5-7 layers in total. Be sure to repack your feet every hour and let it breathe a little. You will notice a difference in two days!
Fatigue This tip is also a beauty tip. Put sheets of aluminum foil in the freezer for a few hours, then use them on your face for a relaxing treatment. You can also use smaller wisps under your eyes to reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness. It’s better to have to use ice packs or expensive beauty products, isn’t it?
It’s worth trying these tricks if your problems are minor. Of course, if you happen to have a serious illness, it’s always wise to go see a doctor for a checkup.
